Goodrich castle - medieval representation
2022Goodrich castle was a significant castle in it's day and is one of the finest and best preserved of all English medieval castles. Sitting on the river Wye near the border of Wales. This piece is made from an old drawing, the landscape includes the river. I have also experimented with adding a scene from a glas plate found in a window in the Heeswijk Kasteel in the Netherlands. Combining only black colours oven fired with coloured glass for effect.
The Tree
2022Nature is the start of it all, here a tree precides over our room. A large panel designed to fit into a window to block the view. So much better that a lace curtain in this case.

Garden delight
2023Springsteen sang in 1995 about a secret garden; there is no secret about this one. Butterflies and colorful flowers make this piece of fused glass one of a kind - yes unique. It really captures the light making it a beautiful piece. There is even a bee in sight.
Into the valley
2023Into the valley, which valley? It could be the Wye valley or in the Brecon Beacons (UK) although it is not based on a specific location. There is even a buzzard in the air above. This stunning piece combines coloured glass and the method of glass fusion. It really catches the light and with the sun behind it becomes something even more special. Enjoy.

2022When the poppies come into flower every year is a great time so I tried to capture the colours in glass. Using the tiffany stype of work here is the result. The poppies sit in a panel that can sit on its own, in a windiow and equally as well in a door.
